Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your beauty products.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
